1. The Adult Probation & Parole Department: (a) supervises offenders ordered to Probation by the courts and Prosecutors Office and offenders released by the Parole Board; (b) provides pre-trail advise reports to the Prosecutor and Court and condition advises to the Parole Board; (c) executes judicial training and; (d) executes judicial community services orders . 2. The Family Guardianship Department: (a) executes the protective measure order of minors imposed by the Court of St. Maarten; (b) provides guidance to the minor and its family system and; (c) informs the Court of Guardianship and the Court of St. Maarten regarding the progress of the protection measure.
