The R4CR teamdeveloped a course consisting of two separate sessions of two hours each.
In session 1, the two concepts are explained in detail with plenty of examples and exercises.
In session 2, trainees will be offered the opportunity to work on a strategy and policy for their own Non-Profit Organization with direct hands-on assistance of the facilitators.
Those who are interested in attending the training must realize that the two sessions are inseparable. Enrollment for this workshop means that both sessions must be followed to get an optimal result.
